Welcome to YOGA UNION Baltimore

YOGA UNION is a community yoga space dedicated to providing the highest-quality group and private yoga classes, workshops, and events. We are a women-owned, independent small business, looking to bring a safe, inclusive yoga space back to Baltimore City. Our owners are trained in lineages that are hard to find in the Baltimore area and our staff is comprised of loving and talented teachers — each bringing with them a unique background and creative style. We have something for everyone!

At YOGA UNION we believe that yoga is for every body — all races, body types, sizes, abilities, genders, sexualities, ages, and ethnicities.​ We believe that yoga should be available to all, regardless of social or economic status — if finances are a barrier to you practicing yoga, please email us at yogaunionbaltimore.com.

All of our classes happen in the studio and also streaming with Zoom.

PARKING is located on the back side of the building. Make a right turn between the two buildings (past Pariah Brewing) and follow that down toward the rear of the buildings. You can also access this same parking lot by making a right turn past our door and continuing around to the back, but this route is more narrow and may be occupied by construction vehicles. Feel free to park under I-83 facing the Jones Falls or along the back wall of the building. Parking is not reserved and on a first come, first served basis. Yoga Union has two (2) reserved parking spots in the front of the building. If there is a circumstance for which you would require one of these spaces, please contact us before your visit. Please DO NOT park in a space that has a reserved sign for another business, even during evenings and weekend hours.

We are just a few steps away from the Woodberry Light Rail stop, Bus Route 21 (Clipper Rd at Union Ave), and the Jones Falls Bike Trail, which runs from the Inner Harbor to Mt. Washington.

Yin or Restorative

These classes are very gentle and focus on stillness, breathing, and gentle stretching. Also a great choice if you are looking to relieve stress or anxiety.

Slow Flow or Hatha

These classes will explore more physically challenging asana while still offering options for everyone in the room.
