Terms of Usage
Yoga Union is a privately-owned small business. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not tolerate:

Harassment of any person based on age, gender, gender identity, pronoun use, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, religion, body type, personal appearance, physical or mental ability, socioeconomic status, marital status, political activities or affiliation, or any other basis proscribed by local, state, provincial, national, and federal laws and regulations.

Harassment of any person, either in person or through online activities now known or unknown, such as trolling, stalking, using hate speech, threatening, intimidating, falsely accusing, reporting of false grievances, manipulating, or otherwise harassing in any form or manner.

Sexual harassment of any person.

Retaliation against any persons who report any instances of harassment.
Privacy Policy
Yoga Union collects names and email addresses for private studio use only. Credit card information is stored for membership renewals only. We will never sell your information to another business or list.
Classes that happen over Zoom are not recorded or stored for future use. Our Zoom room has a waiting room and only paid students are allowed into the class.
Yoga Union sends no more than two (2) marketing emails per month with studio information, updates, and special offers. Receipts for sales transactions, class bookings, and membership reminders are automated.
COVID-19 Policy
At Yoga Union, the health and safety of our students and staff is our top priority. We continue to offer a hybrid schedule of both in-person and streaming classes for everyone's needs and comfort levels. Your participation in the studio is welcomed as long as you are healthy. Our staff will continue to follow vaccinations schedules and procedures recommended by the CDC.
