Advanced Principles of Practicing and Teaching Yoga
300-hour Training
Cohort begins in Sept. 2026
(prerequisite is previous completion of a 200-hour program)
Yoga Union's 300-hr teacher training has launched. Take your knowledge and teaching to the next level.
Cadie and Stephanie will be leading the way through this training. The anatomy portion will be taught by Chris Jamison and we will have a bunch of specialty lecturers.
In addition to more in-depth study of Anatomy, Asana, Ethics, and Philosophy we will also be diving in to Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed practices, History, Sanskrit, Specialty Styles, Planning Workshops, AND MORE.
The training is a Fri-Sat-Sun format, one weekend + one day per month for 11 months.
All study halls are required.

The anatomy portion will be taught by Chris Jamison and we will have several guest lecturers.
The training is a Fri-Sat-Sun format, one weekend per month for 8 months.
Enrollment is limited to ensure everyone can get personal guidance.

Yin Yoga Immersion
20-hour educational session for teachers and dedicated practitioners.
Join us for the Fall Session to learn all about Yin Yoga. This powerful style of yoga is great for athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone in need of a deep stretch and mental reset.
Learn the history, anatomy, and applications of Yin Yoga in a small group setting with lots of personal attention. Training will take place over two consecutive weekends. You don't have to be a yoga teacher, but if you are this training counts for 20 CEUs with Yoga Alliance.

Yoga Union Baltimore is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards.
Students who complete a verified 200- or 300-hr training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT).
