Service Description

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Yoga Union Pilates is presented in a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) format. Expect to work hard and break a sweat.

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the start. Valid cancellations on packages and mini-memberships will be returned to the pricing plan. Valid cancellations on single payments will be returned in the form of class credits which are valid for 90 days. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full class fee or deducted from the package.
