Service Description

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Yoga Union Pilates is presented in a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) format. Expect to work hard and break a sweat.

Classes can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the start. Late cancellations will be charged the full class fee or deducted from the package.
