Fine-tune your standing postures. We'll work through Warrior 1, 2, 3, and reverse as well as Side-Angle pose and its variations. Receive real-time feedback on your particular alignment plus how and when to adjust to the teachers verbal cues.

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the start. Valid cancellations on packages and mini-memberships will be returned to the pricing plan. Valid cancellations on single payments will be returned in the form of class credits which are valid for 90 days. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full class fee or deducted from the package.
